Yoga For White Teeth


We all are blessed with wonderful teeth which add to our beauty. Nobody likes to have yellow teeth, hence proper care should be taken or else our teeth may get stained and this can hamper our personality to a great deal.   1. Sit comfortably with the back straight and open the lips to expose the teeth.
  2. Inhale through the mouth with the teeth loosely closed.
  3. Then exhale slowly through the nose.
  4. Repeat this procedure for 2 to 5 minutes.

This gives strength to the gums and teeth. Dental health needs special attention. If you don’t brush your teeth twice daily nothing works. Cleanliness and care is the mantra for perfect dental health. Though cleaning of teeth with a good tooth brush to clean food particles hidden in between teeth is necessary, you can also massage the gums with your finger. It will make them stronger.
