In context to my post yesterday, I received an anonymous mail where the person concerned asked me whether it is advisable to do yoga in the office or not.
My answer is: Yes. Working in an office or at a computer for prolonged period of time can strain your neck, shoulder and back muscles. This in turn can lead to tension and stiffness, which subsequently gets worse and transforms into headaches, as well as back, neck and shoulder pain.
