Abhaya Mudra

"Abhaya" means 'fearless' in Sanskrit. This mudra is a sign of benevolence and peace.

 

 

Sequence:

  1. Sit comfortably in Padmasana.
  2. Raise both your hands to ear level.
  3. Join the thumb and index finger at the tips.
  4. Keep the hands raised.

  • This yoga mudra restores inner strength.
